While we run promotions and give away gifts from time to time to winners, we never ask for any financial information over telephone or email. If you have received any such calls/emails, please disregard them immediately, and notify us so that we can take it up.

How do I return my product?
You can return a product at AJIO by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account section. Click on Return Item and follow the steps mentioned to obtain the Return ID. Once the Return ID gets generated,

Will all the products be shipped out together?
Our aim is to ship the entire order together. To ensure that you don’t wait even a minute longer than you have to, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment. We know you are waiting eagerly and trust us, this will be worth it.
How much will the shipping cost me?
All orders worth Rs.1199 or above will be shipped free of cost. For any orders below Rs.1199, a nominal fee of Rs.149 would be applied.
Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?
We would definitely love to deliver your order to you to see the joy on your face. However, if you aren’t there, no worries. We will hand it to the person available and our extremely heedful delivery executive will confirm the same on a call. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver might be taken at the time of delivery.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.
That being said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry, there are no cancellation charges.

Why is the Cash on Delivery (COD) option not offered in my location?
Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. Hence, we request you to always enter your pin code to check the availability of COD in your area. Alternatively, may we suggest an alternate form of payment? Perhaps a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Nothing will make us happier than to be able to deliver to all corners in India. AJIO believes that fashion is for all and sundry. Check for serviceability while shopping and if not covered, please select another pin code.
Do you deliver internationally?
While AJIO products are at par with international products, we currently only deliver within India. But if you want to send a gift to your relatives in India, feel free to place an order using Indian currency as mode of payment.

I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with AJIO. How do I go about with it?
We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, give us a buzz and we’ll email you a soft copy.

How long will it take to receive my refund after cancellation?
You will experience no delays from our end. As soon as your order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund. Depending on your bank, expect the refund to reflect in 5 to 7 business days. You don’t have to trust our words, you will see our actions.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Electronic Merchandise?
You can cancel your AJIO order before it gets packed. To cancel, use the App if you are on the go, website if you like to keep it simple or give us a call and our ever-enthusiastic AJIO champs will assist you.
You can never be too careful when it comes to making payments. It is our primary responsibility to ensure that you feel safe while making an online purchase.
What are the various modes of payment at AJIO?
If you want to improve your credit score or if you simply want to enjoy hassle free transactions, use a Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-banking. For wallet lovers, we’ve got JioMoney or Paytm. You don’t have to pay anything extra apart from what you see in the Invoice. AJIO does not deceive you by showing you lesser prices and making up for it by adding huge Taxes. That’s just not how we do business. You will see the Order Total that may or may not include delivery charge depending on order value and that’s all there is to it. Please let us know if someone has informed you otherwise.

What if the amount got debited from my side but I did not receive an Order ID?
We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. However, if you see a transaction that debits the amount and no order is placed, don’t call out to Batman as Gotham is far away. Rather, give us a call and we will fix it.

Nobody deserves a tampered package. Please accept the order packages only if in proper condition. Please pay the delivery executive and then open it at your leisure. Trust us, you will receive exactly what you have ordered.

Does AJIO offer EMI payment option?
Yes, some products are eligible for EMI as visible in the description page. All the Credit Card users, now is the time to improve your credit score. Don’t worry, you will never be a shopaholic, you are only helping the economy.
What are the interest rates offered on EMI?
Just like how every chocolate bar has a different percentage of chocolate in it, each bank has a different interest rate. But let’s agree, both ask for indulgence which is irresistible. What if I cancel or return an order after paying for it using the EMI option?
If you are returning or cancelling an order, a refund of the invoice amount will be initiated towards your bank within the regular timelines. However, the amount payable towards your credit card will have to be taken up with your bank; as we will go ahead and refund the entire amount.

If there is any issue where the paid amount is not converted to EMI, who will help me fix this issue?
When an EMI is processed, your credit card company would pay us the entire amount in order to process the AJIO Order ID. After that is done, the bank should convert the said amount into EMIs. For any issues, we’ll request you to get in touch with your bank for sorting this out.
Can I use any other account to process an EMI payment?
Unfortunately, that option is available only if you have a Credit Card.
